证明材料：投标人需提供制造商资格声明并加盖投标人公章并装订在投标文件中；如为制造商所属集团母公司、子公司、合资公司，还需提供相应证明材料或关系说明函。”
变更为：
“5)投标人必须是制造商（含所投产品的制造商或所属集团母公司、子公司、合资公司）或制造商直接授权的代理商；。
证明材料：
（1）投标人需提供制造商资格声明并加盖投标人公章并装订在投标文件中；
（2）如为制造商所属集团母公司、子公司、合资公司投标，还需提供相应证明材料或关系说明函，否则其投标文件视为无效；
（3）如为代理商投标，还需提供制造商出具针对本项目的授权函原件或复印件加盖投标人公章并装订在投标文件中，否则其投标文件视为无效。”
2、有兴趣的潜在投标人可于2024年2月21日至2024年2月28日，2024年3月7日至2024年3月14日每天（节假日除外）8:30至17:00时（北京时间）在下列地点网上报名和下载招标文件，平台使用及技术支持费为1000元人民币或150美元。任何未在中化商务有限公司进行报名和下载招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
3、投标截止时间（开标时间）变更为：“2024年3月26日9:30时”。

Proof Material:
(1) The bidder is required to provide a manufacturer's qualification statement and stamp the bidder's official seal and bind it in the bidding document;
(2) If the tender is submitted by the parent company, subsidiary company or joint venture company of the group to which the manufacturer belongs, the bidder is also required to provide the corresponding supporting materials or a letter of explanation of the relationship, or else its bidding documents will be considered invalid;
(3) If the bidding is made by an agent, it is also necessary to provide the original or copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this project with the official seal of the bidder and bound in the bidding document, otherwise the bidding document is considered invalid.”
2. Interested or invited potential bidders may purchase Bidding Documents from Feb., 21th, 2024 to Feb., 28th, 2024 from 09:00AM to 17:00PM (Beijing time) everyday and Mar., 7th, 2024 to Mar., 14th, 2024 from 09:00AM to 17:00PM (Beijing time) everyday except for weekends and holiday, the price of each complete set of bidding document is RMB 1000 or USD 150 and the payment is non-refundable. Bidders that did not register and download the bidding documents from Sinochem Commerce Co., Ltd. shall be rejected.
3. Deadline for Submitting Bids/Time of Bid Opening (Beijing Time) change to: 9:30 a.m., Mar., 26th, 2024(Beijing time).
